Brief Description: Fitted and Drilled Gussets and Gear Support Struct
Today I was able to finish fitting and pilot drilling the remaining parts. The support gussets, gear leg support structure and seat belt attach structure are all pilot drilled.
The plans don't specifically call out dimensions for most of the gusset plates. You just have to line the pilot holes in each gusset plate to the holes in the surrounding structure. In the first picture you can see the alignment marks I made so as to get the proper fit and placement.
