Brief Description: Cutting holes and bending fuselage pieces.
We cut the 4' access holes in the tail section of the fuselage sides with a fly cutter that Gerry brought. We put a piece of scrap piece of plywood under the skin and drilled some # 40 holes and secured the plywood with clecos. This gave us a stable platform for the fly cutter pilot drill bit. Gerry was at the drill press while 3 others held the fuselage side in place. All went well and we produced nice clean holes. We also bent up some fittings.
