Cleaned the paintbooth. Cleaned the top side of the LH Wing with C-2210.
Thinned the Polyspray 4:1 with R65-75 Reducer
Sprayed the 2 crosscoat of Polyspray on the top side of the LH Wing.
Before I can spray the 3 crosscoat there is some sanding to be done. The thing is now to get rid of all imperfections. The sanding is done with 400 wet sandpaper, thereafter the wing must be cleaned of all residue.
The painting job is going very slowly, main reason is the weather. Every other day it is raining and therefore we have high humidity, to much humidity to spray. Once we have a nice day my work is in the way. There is no proffesional paintbooth in our aerea for hire. Coming two days I am off but again the weather is no good, rain all day.
If you consider a project like this one should take notice of the problems which may arise when it is time to paint.
