Brief Description: Fit root rib brackets

Worked on fitting and updrilling T04-12 root rib attach brackets to aft spar assembly. I had the skin installed to ensure holes were in alignment left/right and up/down. With the skin in place, updrilled bolt holes for the attach brackets.
