Disassembled LH outer wing to start deburring and dimpling components.
Made a shim for the pivot double channel to web #7 (~.090") joint and updrilled the connection. Put the skin in place and pilot/updrilled the skin to channel holes.
Ordered parts from Aircraft Spruce to mount the electrical contacts and new screws for the aileron counterweight installation. The aft spar opening is 2" wide. The width using the specified bolt is about 2-1/16", making it difficult to inset the counterweight through the spar to install/remove the aileron.
