Brief Description: Base molding, cowl hinge, slider latch
The replacement attach hinge for the top cowl left side was drilled to the cowl, holes deburred and attached with Pro-Seal and clecoed in place.
I began sanding on the canopy base molding. It will take several more sessions of sanding to complete.
The replacement canopy latch handles were drilled, this time jigged in the vise and done much more carefully. The replacement latch was marked and cut as required and the latch was assembled and installed. This time it all worked great.
