Today work continued on the flap actuator. I fabricated the 785B attach angle, 766D spacer and 767 attach plate.
Fit, drilled, deburred and riveted the 758 bracket to 766A channel, and riveted all platenuts to the 766A.
The 766 C plate was match drilled, parts deburred and riveted to the 766A channel.
Fit, drilled, deburred and rived the 785 attach angle to the 785A backrest brace.
Fit and drilled the 767 attach plate to the 766A channel and the bulkhead. Attach plate and channel deburred and plate riveted to channel. Nutplates drilled and riveted to plate.
Flap motor arm bolted to the flap actuator arm and safety wired.
766B angle bolted to flap motor and clamped to 766A channel for drilling.
