Continued work on the seat backs. Remaining horizontal angles were drilled and deburred. Horizontal and vertical angles clamped to seat backs and match drilled. Upper Seat back adjustment hinge marked and drilled, deburred, and then clamed to seat back and match drilled.
All seat back parts disassembled and deburred.
I picked up two 2' sections of 1.5" PVC and end caps at Home Depot and plan to use these to anodine the angle parts. I built a little stand for these.
Forward cover parts were match drilled, deburred and platenuts riveted. Then the components were assembled and placed in position in the forward part of the cabin.
