Today I laid out the hole locations for the hinge pieces for the aft seat floor. These become the adjustable seat locations where you can change the forward and aft location of the seat back. After marking the hole locations I drilled the holes in the hinge and deburred. Next I laid out the position of each hinge on the aft fusleage floor. The hinges were drilled to the floors and then deburred. The hinges were riveted to the floors and then these assemblies were clecoed back to the seat ribs.
The floors were riveted to the seat ribs. This is mostly done with pull rivets, so I got quite a work out pulling all of these manually. Lastly the floor was riveted to the inner ribs with platenuts for the control rod tunnel.
