I assembeld the elevator bellcrank by clecoing the bellcrank sides, bearing and spacer together, match drilling, deburred holes and edges and then reassembled and riveted. I cut the spacers from tube stock, filed to length and assembeld the bellcrank to its supports.
Next I clamped the 4 aft bulkhead gussets to the main longeron and celcoed them to their bulkheads and match drilled. All holes were deburred and the gussets were then riveted in place.
