One rivet in the firewall gusset was drilled out and replaced.
Forward bottom skin removed and I deepend the countersinks in the center bottom skin to allow the dimple in forward bottom skin (0.040 thick) to nest properly.
Roughed up the inside edges of the side skins and bottom skin where it mates to the firewall so Pro-Seal will adhere better. Roughed up the flanges on the firewall as well.
Replaced the forward bottom skin and applied Pro-Seal at the firewall. Clecoed bottom stiffenrs in place. Applied Pro-Seal to the firewall flange at the side skins and clecoed forward section of the side skins in place.
Discovered I had failed to dimple the rivet holes in the rear conical bend in one skin. I removed enough clecoes to get the squeezer in and dimpled these holes.
Remade one side rib tie band and installed.
All side and bottom skins clecoed in place and now ready for riveting.
