Brief Description:  Center fuselage prep

More prep work today, mostly o the center fuselage section. I started by removing the seat bottom and floor panels, then removed the outboard seat ribs. These were deburred and dimpled, and platenuts attached as required. These were then reinstalled in the center section and were bolted and riveted to the 705 bulkhead and were riveted to the bottom skin. The wire passage holes in the rib rear flanges were also dilled to size. Lastly the rivet holes along the rear where the section attaches to the aft fuselage were dimpled.

I was able to do some more priming in the morning and have now primed all the short angle pieces. The main longerons still need priming after I finish deburring and countersinking them.

I heard back from Van's on my concern about the gusset to firewall angle holes and they suggested using a doubler on the inside of the angle, so I fabricated these. This is a pretty easy sonlution to something that could have been much harder.
