Today I drilled. A lot. The forward side skins were match/final drilled to all bulkheads, bottom skin, aft side skins and seat ribs. The bottom skin on the center fuselage section was drilled to the bottom skin on the aft fuselage. Then the longerons were clamped as needed to the top of the aft and forward side skins and the skins were drilled to the longerons. These run the full length of the plane so there were plenty of holes to drill.
It took about a half hour just to vacuum up all the aluminum shavings!
Next I will build out the forward fuselage section out to the firewall.
