I made great strides today on prep work for the center section bulkhead. All pass through holes on the spar webs, bulkheads and cover support ribs were drilled out to the proper size for thei snap bushings. The parts were all clecoed together and match drilled. Web stiffener was drilled to the spar web. Cover support ribs were drilled anbd dimpled and platenuts were riveted to them. The top flange of ront and back spar carry throughs were drilled, countersunk and platenuts riveted. Control column mounts were drilled.
All parts are now ready for final assemble after I alodine the control column mounts, web stiffeners and spacer tubes.
