Deburred tank skin edges and rivet holes. Scuffed areas of skin that will attach to ribs and stiffeners so sealant will adhere properly. Dimpled rivet and screw holes in tank skin.

Attach areas scuffed with Scotch-Brite

Rivet and screw holes dimpled
