Tonight I completed assembly of the right wing skeleton by riveting all main ribs to the main spar. This was done with the rivet gun using an offset cupped set and bucking bar.
After completing the skeleton assembly I fabricated and mounted a suppoort angle and attached it to the outboard rib and then placed the skeleton assembly on the wing build stand. Using the electronic level I shimmed and shifted the assemble into a level position and then set the jack screw under the center of the rear spar to eliminate all bow. The is checked by stringing a fishing line across a line of rivet holes in the main spar. After getting everything set right the skeleton assembly was clamped to the wing stand.
I retrieved the top skins and wing walk doubler from the box, cut the doubler to the proper length and matched it to the wing skin for drilling.
