No work on the plane today but I rearranged the hangar and built a temporary paint booth so I can paint the cockpit interior walls and panels. I had planned to have this done at a paint shop but they quoted a 4 week backlog and a much higher price, so I decided to do it mysef.
I also constructed a rudimentary air dryer as I will be using a compressed air paint sprayer. The drywer is simply a coil of tubing placed in a bucket that I will fill with ice with a separator filter at the end. The primer and paint I will use is water based so hopefully this will be adequate.
