Cut, formed and sanded to shape tip ends using the composite panel built several days ago. Once fitted the foam was scraped out along the edges and this void was then filled with epoxy mixed with glass micospheres to finish the edges. Once this had cured the ends were epoxied to the fibegrlass tips using a slurry mixture of epoxy and flox.
During the curing downtime I got the Decathlon out and gave it a good bath, and even got down on the tarmac and gave its belly a much-needed scrubbing.
