Brief Description: Forward seat floors and tunnel cover
It was a beautiful December 1, clear skies and temps at 70 so the Decathlon got some much needed exercise today.
I did work on the -7 beofre and after the excursion. First I mounted the control column torque tube to the mail bulkhead brackets. Next the floor skins were set in place, and the control tunnel cover brackets and cover were fabricated, fitted and drilled, deburred and assembled.
Next I countersunk the main bulkhead flange and riveted the seat ribs to them, something I should have completed many steps ago.
The forward seat floors were deburred, countersunk and platenuts riveted.
Lastly the floor pieces and tunnel cover were reattached to the fuselage with screws.
