Did a variety of detail things today. The first order of business was to attach the wires to the outer fuel sender plates and slather the connections with sealant. This is something I should have done in an earlier sealant session. Since I could not progress with the tanks any further until the sealant set I decided to fabricate stand-off brackets for the pitot, AOA and wires to route around the aileron bellcrank. These turned out to be pretty straightforward and after making them up I did the final assembly of the bellcranks using lithium grease to lubricate the bellcrank bearings, then installed them on the spar with the stand-off brackets.

After this I got out the tubing used for the aileron pushrods, cleaned them up and measured and marked them for cutting. I need a saw from the lake house to cut these so after marking they went to the back of the bench.

My last activity for the day was to begin installation of the capacitance plates in the right tank. The outer tank is attached and it wire has the fitting attached, and the inner plate is located. I will have to attach the inner end rib before moving on further.
