Tapered HS-710 and HS-714, and bent angle. I am afraid I took too much material and got the edge too close to the outside hole. Used the new band saw which was quite efficient. Trimmed inboard ends of spar channels and bent angle. These still need a little cleaning up with a round file but I am pretty happy with them.Dimpled spar channels for flush rivets. Notched HS-404 ribs, and again don't really like the result.
Reflecting on my work while driving home this evening I decided I will order replacements for the 710, 714 and 404 parts. They shouldn't cost much and I am just not satisfied with my work. I need to make myslef slow down!
