Brief Description:  Making Life Simpler

One of the many items I had on my list to do after ELSA certification, was the flap handle. Now that I am EAB I can do as I please. It seemed to take a lot of thumb pressure to compress the spring, and if not careful one would pinch his finger while doing that.

Joe Gores had also thought about that, and saved me the problem of experimenting with springs, and gave me the number of the correct one. I also wanted a ramped up movement instead of the click stopper job, mostly because my old Cherokee worked that way..

The springs can only be purchased as a group of 4, expensive at that at over $10 each, but the end result is no experimenting, it works like I think it should now. (By the way, I have three extra springs if anyone is interested) Notice the easy movement to lower the flaperons now!
