Brief Description:  New Tool

"One of the best things about building an aircraft, it seems you have to go buy a new tool at least once a week, sometimes more often.
My latest was a side crimp Oetiker pliers. I had searched ahead and bought a ""normal"" end pincher, but the Viking has one clamp that has to have the side crimper. Just one more in the large pile of tools.
I have been trying to perfect the ultimate wiring diagram for the RV12/Viking combination with the help of several highly skilled eletronic specialists. We are fighting some of the unknown information about the system, either denied to us or simply not known. To make a foolproof system one MUST know the parameters of the system, and we don't. We will do the best we can with what we can get, but that DOES entril using guesswork for some of the circuits. Oh well, after all, it IS an Experimental aircraft.
Still waiting for th e new intake manifold so I can finish up the engine firewall forward wiring and routing of wires, hoses, etc."
