Brief Description:  More Little Stuff Done

"It is often said the project is "90% completed, 90% to go". I am at that stage now, fitting in all the components, finalizing the wiring I want to use, some of which becomes a bit of a problem. I decided to mount the two computers on top of the map box, along with the connector strip needed to transition from the Viking harness to the Dynon harness.
The original configuration of the oil cooler was to deflect the air up, then make it do a 180 and out the bottom. Did not care for that, and found that reversing the fittings and making a bracket, it can be mounted very nicely as shown in figure two. Got my airspeed and USB bus mounted along with my com antenna switcher for using a handheld with the aircraft com antenna.on the right panel space, still to come is a holder for a handheld just below the USB bus. Added a power outlet there too, since the only one in the airframe so far is down under the seats. For panel or glareshield items, power can come from the panel this way. Still have to make brackets for the oil cooler and figure out where to put some more components, like the manifold pressure sender."
