"As an old guy with heart/lung problems, I find that when I get up around 8k feet my breathing gets labored. I bought a pulse oximeter to keep it from getting away from me, and an oxygen breating systems to bring the numbers back up as needed. Looks to me like perhaps it will best mount in the channel. Can't fall over, easy to attach to make it secure, and convenient to run hoses to the cannulas."
