Brief Description:  Service Instructions on Tank

"Decided to do the fuel tank upgrade, somebody landed REALLY HARD and twisted the thru channel a few degrees, and in doing so pulled out the rivets in the tank front, making a lot of holes for gasoline to pour out into the cockpit. Since that has the ability to ruin your whole day, Vans came up with a fix, these brackets and ""frangible bolts"" that will pull apart in a crash. Frangible means they drilled a hole down thru the head of a regular bolt to make it break off.
This is no big deal for me, was right at the stage I needed to be to implement it. Drill out a few rivets, put some stinky, sticky stuff on and rivet it back together after drilling a few more holes."
