Brief Description:  Finally Finished the Tank (sort of)

More work on the tank, not one of the most rewarding parts of the build. Finally got it all done except for attaching the top permanently, but that has to wait until I can position it correctly and determine where the filler inlet goes, based on the location of the outer skin hole. I feel I have a good job sealing the tank, I would be very surprised if it has any leaks.
I found out another thing about that sealant, it has stayed sticky for days in my air conditioned workshop, thought I would put it out in the sun to get it cured a bit more. That hot Texas sun really accelerates cure time! Just one afternoon and no more sticky feeling! In fact, I had not wiped off the fingerprints and smudges of sealant since it always wiped off the next day easily. The smudges were set like steel! Finally got them off with MEK and a lot of rubbing.
