This little problem has been the most frustrating and time consuming yet. Something is not right in hooking up the electrical trim wires! The photo shows the problem, you just cannot follow the instructions for some reason. I am about to assume that my wiring harness may be in error, of course it could be just one word in the instructions ! I have been surprised that many builders don't do electrical work, but farm it out! So far nobody can send me a photo of theirs or tell me where their trim wires are hooked in at! Wasting a week on some stupid simple 5 minute project is most disappointing. Since it is holding up everything else I am about to forget about it for now and come back later. I cannot do the final cowling work unless I cover the back of the panel first. GRRRRRRRRR!
Added later: Well the problem was solved! A friend sent a copy of a page of instructions that I did not have! I just went out and looked to be sure, yep this is where those wires all go!! The third photo is of the page that is not included on the Vans DVD file. Gosh I am glad to get that solved!
