Decided to get the baggage compartment carpet installed today, it is held on with Velcro! Minor fitting and it is in, look really nice too! The third photo shows something simple, the bolted on piece at the top of the flap handle guide keeps the flap handle from going off the top of the guide (it never would anyhow since the flaps won't go that far). I had misplaced it several years ago and was about to just make another one when I found it. To keep it from getting lost, I had put a cleco in one hole and then in some cleanup had put it in the cleco bottle! Found it by accident while picking a cleco out of the bottle, andl installed it quick before I lost it again. The ideal is to run out of plane parts on the shelf, at the same time you are ready to fly it. Coming out pretty close!
