Lemon Meringue Pie was my thought as I first saw Carl Eldridges' brand new RV7 (OK, the colors are inverted, but would taste the same)! His just finished it in time to come for a visit, 26 hours on her. He comes from up North near Houston way. We had a good time, got to chat a little and I got to show off my project. He was considering a major avionics upgrade to his old 7, and decided to sell it and do this one. Two 10 inch Skyviews grace the panel. It sure was nice to get mty mind off the pain and rehab of a new knee for a while. Sure brings some pangs of anticipation to see him joyously fly off into the clouds, home be way of George West. He is having so much fun he intends to head for Orlando Florida tomorrow! I am envious!
