I got a start on the upgrade kit today, got the main gear taken off, drilled out a lot of rivets, and started the reassembly process. I am about ready to start putting in a LOT of rivets, including some Cherry Max, the first on this build. It makes me nervous to have it sitting on a sawhorse and its front wheel, but that just makes me want to get the stuff put back together as soon as possible.
