Brief Description: Fabricated mounting ribs for VP-X & EMS
- Designed and fabricated 2 spanwise brackets from J-channel that are riveted to the bottom of the forward cockpit ribs. The ribs have nutplates for #8 panhead screws that will be used to fasten the VP-X Pro and the Dynon SV-EMS-220 to the brackets. - I took a couple hours trying different alignments of these boxes before settling on this layout. It allows for short wiring runs for the main bus power wire from the PPS to the VP-X. It also makes for short wiring runs from these components to the firewall forward connections.
