Brief Description: Finished rigging ailerons and flaps
Bought a digital protractor and used it to finish rigging the ailerons and flaps. Had to trim the lower forward corners of the step mounting plates to keep clearance w/ the flaps. Also, I had to basically screw the flap rod end bolts all the way, yet the flap travel is still about 1 degree past the limit of 40 deg. Details of the aileron and flap deflections are below:
