Brief Description:  Rigged ailerons

- Reverified that the aileron-to-bellcrank pushrods properly held the ailerons at neutral when the bellcrank jig and wingtip jig were installed. Then, I duct taped the ailerons into the neutral position. - I already had the control column assembled. Rather than disassemble it to mount it to the spar and then reassemble (which would have to be done anytime I needed to remove the controls, I opted to cut out sections in the seat ribs immediately outboard of the two innermost ribs (which had already been cut for this purpose). I will make double plates for these that will make them identical to the innermost ribs with the benefit that I can now insert and remove the control stick assembly with ease. - With Bob Behdadnia's assistance, I rigged up the control column to aileron bellcrank push rods and adjusted until the control sticks were vertical w/ the ailerons in neutral. I tightened up the jam nuts on the pushrod to control column ends. I won't insert washers or torque these connections as the ailerons will be coming off with the wings.
