Brief Description: Completed Electric Flap Install
- Installed the flap motor into the F766 assembly, connected it to the actuator arm and verified the travel. - Removed the motor assembly and riveted the F766B bracket to the F66A channel. Reinstalled motor assembly. - Installed the 785A backrest brace and fit the F760 actuator covers. Backdrilled the brace and removed covers and brace. - Riveted nutplates onto brace, tapped holes and reinstalled. - Flap actuator assembly complete, EXCEPT I still need to safety wire the nut holding the jackscrew to the actuator arm and installation of the cotter pin at the motor end. I left these out for now, so that I can remove the motor assembly prior to priming & painting the cabin interior.
