Brief Description: Lower Longeron and F-684 Gusset install
- Fabricated the lower longerons and then used trial and error to apply the appropriate twist to get them to fit into the WD603 as required. - Drilled 4 lower bolt holes between WD603 and lower longerons - Modded F-684 gussets per DWG 23 and again used trial and error to get proper bends to make gussets fit flat against firewall angle and lower longerons. - Drilled gussets to firewall angle and longerons. Had to remove side skins at times to get to all holes. Real time consuming. Clecoed gussets into place.
