Clecoed the seat and baggage skins onto the assembly. During this, I realized I hadn't attached the nutplate to the right inboard baggage rib that is needed for the optional battery cable. This took quite about an hour to fix as I had to figure out how to get access. Eventually, I found the best approach was to countersink for the rivets using the right-angle drill and then apply pop-rivets.
