Step 2 completed. Filed close tolerance holes on 704C/D to open them slightly per phone call consult with Van's. This was done because none of my NAS1307 bolts fit. Van's also suggested I lightly Scotchbrite the portion of the bolt shoulder nearest the last thread as it can sometimes get expanded slightly by the bolt forming process. These tips worked and I was able to tap the bolts through with the plastic mallet and application of some machine oil lubricant. Drilled all holes to final size including the 704G shear bars, dissassembled all and deburred. Countersunk the 704G's per directions.
