Made the FL-706A stiffeners from angle stock and polished edges of them as well as the already cut 706B's. Bent the 706B's to the required 6.5 degree angle using the bench vise, wooden blocks and rubber mallet. Drilled the 706B's to the interior ribs and then to the 706A's. Then drilled the 706A's to the spar/rib. Disassembled, layed out and drilled the remaining five holes and then reassembled and match-drilled the 706A's to the spar web. Flap parts are ready for disassembly, deburring, dimpling, and in the case of the 706A's, priming.
