Sealed baffle to tank and attached Z-brackets per instructions. Two anomalies occurred which will likely have me calling Van's. First, and more critical in my mind, is that I forgot to run a bead of sealant on the interior flange of the end ribs. I did smear sealant around the rivet holes, but I'm afraid that when I pressure test the tank, I'm going to find those seams are leaking. Second, on the outer end baffle to end rib joint, I messed up the bottom-most AN470-4-4 rivet. To make matters worse, when I drilled it out, I misdrilled it, widening the hole significantly. After reaming it out and cleaning it, it was big enough to accept a -6 rivet, but I couldn't set one successfully, so I filled the hole w/ sealant for now. My feeling is that I can substitute an bolt and nut w/ threadlocker, but will have to check w/ Van's. And it may be a moot point if I have to disassemble and replace the tank baffle to fix the potential end leaks....
