(1) Bent skin trailing edges in bending brake, using 1/8" dowel rod inside skin to prevent overbending. (2) Labeled respective spars to ensure proper orientation. (3) Polished edges of A-408 stiffener plates, aligned and clamped to spars. (4) Match drilled stiffener plates and A-406-1 and A-407 brackets to spars. Labeled all parts, along w/ correct orientation, disassembled, and deburred.
