Brief Description:  Rt Tank Inboard Rib Prep

Worked on preparing inboard fuel tank rib: (1) Drilled holes for fuel sender BNC connector and fuel vent line. (2) Used flycutter to cut access hole in aft portion of rib web. (3) Aligned and match-drilled to #19 T411 access cover plate. (4) Replaced T411 w/ T407, stiffener ring, and match-drilled nutplate holes through rib web. (5) Fabricated anti-hangup bracket for attaching to T407 and matchdrilled through T407/rib web. (6) Removed T407 and deburred all holes in rib, T407, and T411. (7) Countersunk nutplate holes in T407 and dimpled rib to match. Used pneu. squeezer to rivet nutplates and bracket through ribe onto backside of T407. Inboard rib is complete.
