Brief Description: Left Leading Edge Prep for Riveting
(1) Drilled/CS nutplates for W-423 joint. CS screwholes to #8. Used a woodblock with #20 pilot hole for backing but still ending up with some irregularity in several holes. Deburred, cleaned and primed. Forgot to dimple leading edge side of joint, so did that after priming. Riveted on nutplates. (2) Deburred and dimpled leading edge ribs and skins. Used pneumatic squeezer on ribs and skin edges. C-frame dimpler on remainder of skins. Applied allodine to light scratches on interior of skin.
