Brief Description:  Left fuel tank attach Z-brackets

Did not follow printed instructions for fitting the z-bracket attach angles to the spar and rear tank baffle. Instead, I followed the approach used by Dan Checkoway as given on his website, as it was more clearly written and advertised a better fit. (1) Began by drilling a single hole in the center of the aft face of each bracket. For the most inboard bracket, this hole was off-centerline by 1/16" away from the bracket web. For the remaining brackets it was 1/16" towards the web. (2) Bolted and aligned each bracket to front side of spar in turn, and then backdrilled remaining two holes. (3) Removed brackets, bolted a nutplate to each hole in turn, and drilled out nutplate rivet holes. (4) Deburred, and CS holes in bracket. Cleaned and primed brackets. (5) CS front spar nutplate attach holes for inner most bracket and alodined. Riveted on nutplates with Penny's help bucking. (6) Squeezed rivets for nutplates on remaining brackets. A lot of work just to get the brackets ready...
