With help of Penny's brother, built large bending brake from pallet boards. Placed final bend angle into both elevator skins and then match drilled to elevator skeletons. No bowing present before fitting to skeleton. To minimize bowing during match drilling, I clecoed and drilled the spars only first, then two-at-a-time drilled/clecoed along the ribs. Maximum bowing along length of trailing edge measured at 1/16" upon completion.
