repare leading edge skins and riis for assembly. the usual D,D,D&D Drill,Disassemble,Deburr,Dimple. Only this time I'm not going to match drill the right OLE, I'll do the left per the plans, but the right, I'm going to ream the holes and only cleco together for final riveting. I'm waiting on a piece of J channel from Van's as one of the pieces was erreoneously predrilled with errant holes in the bundle.Tip from Matronics, cleco the nose ribs 1st out of the cradle, do the 1st 3-4 clecos on each side, then the whole thing goes in just fine.
