Brief Description:  Sec Interior-3

Yesterday and today , I continued with the filling and sanding of the Cabin door posts. I alsos filled the small openings in the aft doorsills. While I was @ OSH Judy found some really neat headliner material. It looks like leather but it stretches 4 ways. They will be back at their offices Mon and I will call for some swatchs/samples. It looked really nice, although a bit pricey. I also saw Rcik Gray's RV-10 and the edge trim.moulding he used around his door openings. If I can find it (auto trim) and it will cover the door edges AND the headliner. I think I've got the interior about figured out. I also spent a considerable time cleaning up the inside of the fuse, as with all of the sanding it got pretty ugly. I removed the tow access panels in the upper fwd fuse, and installed the 2 computer fans I purchased, I was expecting they would produce more of a draft, but they are fairly docile. Hopefull they will be powerful enough to clear any moisture that forms on the inside of the windscreen and they should help to pull heat out of the instrument panel. I also began laying out the images for the silkscreen fo the instrument panel. The biggest one, the breaker subpanel is done. I found a place in PHX that has the materials and hopefully they can burn a screen for me as well.
