Most of today was spent cleaning the plane and the garage. I completely vacumed inside of the plane and used a paint brush and wet wipes to get as much of the dust off as possible. It feels a little more civilized now. about the only real work on the plane was to complete the fairing of the rudder cable fairings. initially I had riveted these to the inside of the tailcone but found that there was not enough room for the rudder cables to exit. So I drilled them off and re-riveted them to the outside. Only as I did so I ended up with some pretty good sized 'dings' in the fairings. So I decided that I';dd fill the 'dings' and while I ws at it I decided to just blend the entire fairing into the tailcone. If I ever have to remove the fairings I'm going to be in deep do - do but until them they should look Sweeeet!
