Brief Description:  Sec PP-19

Today marks another milestone - 2000 hours logged on the project! Now the question is how many more to go????????? finished of priming and sanding the cabn cover today. When doing the windscreen I found I had a high spot on the right side of the fairing which needed some sanding, I also had a low spot on the aft right top of the cabin cover which also reqiored some filling and sanding. After those were done. I rolled on anothe coat of primer to the top and to the bottom of the windscreen, and sanded everything w/ 150 and then 320 grit. I pulled the fineline tapes of and the window protection. I looks a lot better without the disty and dirty window coverings. the edges of the window where the fineline tape was need to be sanded as they are a little high due to 2 layers of tape being used on most of the windows. I'm going to leave that for the painters to do, because sanding it removes some of the smooth prime and reveals either the filler or the fiberglass and it looks ugly. Also They will have to shoot a coat of primer and sand it before shooting the paint so might just as well do ti all together. I wiped the entire exterior down with wet paper towels to get the dust off the outside, and then began to vacum the dust out of the interior. A duststorm blew in from the east and I had to put everything back in the garage. but I took some 320 grit and a scotchbrite pad to Right side and cleaned up some of the 'drips' that found their way onto the fuse skin during the priming. ----looks better.
