Nothing remarkabke about today, just more of the same flling & sanding. Te hinge recess pockets are a challenge and take quite a bit of time. Also before taking the doors off, I rechecked the gap/seam between the doors and cabin cover and made some minor correctioins in a couple of places. I'fe filled and sanded ALL of the cabin door jams on both sides. the last thing I did tonight was to take some 320 grit and try and put a 'consistent' radius on the edge of the door kam perimeter. Tomorrow I'll get back to priming, working on the door jams, They are a challenge to sand dure to the compound curves along with the 'sharp' edges. those and the windscreen are the remaining items on the cabin cover to be primed and sanded. Still need to finish off the doors. Also notinced that on one of the doors the filling I did around the delrin blocks began to loosed, so I think I'll need to put a lay-up over those and then prime the perimeter of the doors.
